My pilates classes are designed for people 

who want to improve their mobility and feel more confident in their bodies. 

I teach mat, small group reformer pilates, one to one or two to one reformer or mat, restore and release, providing a safe space where you can feel supported and

encouraged every step of the way.

Whether you're a complete beginner or experienced...there's a class for you!

A bit about me...

I am a qualified Pilates instructor and Senior Physiotherapy Assistant specialising in Pilates for Orthopaedic conditions.
